Bootcamp is a high-intensity interval training class designed to keep your heart rate up and your blood pumping. With a mix of compound movements, core strength, agility and weights, this class is great for a total body ass-kicking.
Lifting is a fundamental class we recommend to athletes of all levels. Whether you are new to lifting completely or looking to enhance your Olympic lifts for a competition, this class works on the core foundations of lifting, proper form with dumbbells and barbells, as well as the mobility to perform properly and safetly.
In this boxing class, we bring it back to the basics. With an combination of calisthenics, core conditioning and fundamental boxing moves, you will leave this class sweating.
Cardio Blast is an all bodyweight class designed to make you sweat and keep your heartrate elevated the entire duration. A tabata-style class with core and boyweight exrcises to work on your cardio in ways you never have before.
TRX Suspension Training is all about bodyweight training. Using the angle you stand at, you can increase or decrease your level of difficulty with just a few minor adjustments. This class is low-impact, high-intensity and great for all levels
Our running club is comprised of old and new, beginner and long-time marathon runner and everything in between. The common goal though is go get out and cover some ground while pushing yourself further each week.
This class is designed for teen athletes looking to stay in shape in the off-season. With a combination of agility, core, lifting, balance, speed and control, this program is sure to keep you in the best shape off the field.
