SCHEDULE OF CLASSES
Lifting is a fundamental class we recommend to athletes of all levels. Whether you are new to lifting completely or looking to enhance your Olympic lifts for a competition, this class works on the core foundations of lifting, proper form with dumbbells and barbells, as well as the mobility to perform properly and safety.
Cardio Blast is an all bodyweight class designed to make you sweat and keep your heart rate elevated the entire duration. A tabata-style class with core and bodyweight exercises to work on your cardio in ways you never have before.
This class is for kids ages 8-12 who are looking to develop a sense of body awareness and learn about fitness. In this class, they will develop agility skills, core strength and learn the foundations of body mechanics. This class is a fun fast-paced class for kids of all levels whether they are just starting out or athletes on an off season.
Hatha yoga focuses on strength, breath work, alignment and flexibility. Each pose is held for 3-5 breaths. This class will challenge your endurance, as well as your mental fortitude. In Hatha, we also focus on relaxation techniques and body awareness- being able to contract certain muscles while relaxing others; we will learn to use our breath to deepen our flexibility. Modifications to challenge or make poses more accessible will always be provided. All levels welcome.
Pamper your joints! After strength training and stretching, come enjoy an important but overlooked aspect of health: joint care! In Yin yoga, we focus on the tiny muscles and connective tissues that hold our joints together. Each pose is held for 4-5 minutes. We will work with breath and allowing gravity to open our joints. This class is a slower, more relaxed pace- and one of the most valuable ways we can ensure joint health, range of motion, and flexibility. This class is mostly seated, all levels welcome. Modifications will always be provided.
This is a power flow style of yoga! Each breath is a movement, this is a faster paced flow, focusing on power and fluidity. All levels welcome. Come ready to sweat and challenge your body. Modifications to make poses more challenging, or more accessible will always be provided to ensure safety and comfort for each persons body. Vinyasa focuses on mental clarity, flexibility, strength and toning components to feel healthy and strong.
Our running club meets on Saturdays and is for all level runners. This group will coach you from beginner to well-versed runner. Whether your goal is distance, speed or just to learn to enjoy running, our running club is a great motivator to take the next step, literally!
This Metcon style class is a high-level class that encompasses lifting, gymnastics and bodyweight exercises. This is a fast-paced class but can be modified for all levels. Want to challenge yourself one step further? Try XFit!
