Ashley Coffey

Throughout the last 25 years of playing sports, traveling and always trying to expand her knowledge on the things that interest her most, Ashley has found a way to revolve it all around her passion of helping others live a happy healthy life.

In 2009 she received her Certificate of Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since then she has been certified in numerous other programs including; Crossfit, TRX Suspension Training, Law Enforcement Training Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist among others. With over 10 years experience in Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, Ashley has an extensive foundational background in helping all ages abilities, shapes and sizes.

In her off time outside the gym, she enjoys cooking new recipes, reading books on entrepreneurship, being active with the family and dogs and of course motivating others around her to be active and healthy and most importantly how to enjoy life doing so.

Danielle

Fitness Instructor

Danielle has been teaching Group Ex classes since 2007. She believes that exercise should be fun while making a positive impact on the mind, body and soul! She has a passion to help people become the happiest versions of themselves through exercise. Danielle works as a Paraprofessional and is a wife and mother of 3 amazing children.

Ericka

Fitness Instructor / Customer Success Manager

Ericka has been working at GET Fit since August 2019 after interning there for the summer of that same year. She graduated from Bridgewater State University in August of 2019, earning a B.S. in Physical Education and Health Sciences. Her favorite part about being a GET Fit coach is the never ending chance to learn and grow in a field that she loves and the family atmosphere that this gym produces. “Everyone supports one another (both inside and outside the gym) and I’ve never seen another gym quite like that”.

When Ericka is not at the gym, you can find her coaching cheerleading at East Bridgewater High School. She also thoroughly enjoys crafting and playing with dogs in her free time.

Matthew

Running Coach

My name is Matthew Norton and I’m currently an aspiring personal trainer. I first got into fitness several years ago. I began by treadmill running and gradually evolved into trail running. After realizing my love of running I began to explore other areas of fitness, particularly more cardio, flexibility, and resistance training, but my first love will always be running. To date I’ve run a few 5ks, two 10ks, a half marathon, Fenway’s Spartan Sprint, a Tough Mudder Full, Falmouth Road Race, and my biggest accomplishment was last years Boston Marathon.

I came from a rough past and fitness helped to change that. I’m more confident, take better care of my health, and feel better every day. I’m enrolled in Quincy College’s Exercise Science and Personal Training program because I believe that if fitness can change my life, it can change anyone’s. I know that if I can make the positive changes I’ve made over the past few years, anyone can. And I’m looking forward to a career in changing the way people look and feel every day.

As a high school athlete, I played soccer and ran track, soccer had been a love of mine since I was 5 years old. After college I tried a wide variety of fitness, falling into CrossFit. While training CrossFit for the last 10 years, I became a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, CrossFit Kids certified coach and owned CrossFit Wolf King with my husband for 4 years. I love being a part of people’s journey to a better, fitter, happier lifestyle with functional fitness. In my spare time I enjoy time with my husband and our dogs, mountain bike riding and the outdoors. I love being part of the GET Fit team and love the community and atmosphere Ashley and Chris have created. My goal is to bring my knowledge and passion for fitness to others while keeping it fun!

Chris has always had a passion for fitness and being active. With a background in Crossfit and a specialty in agility sports, Chris is a well-rounded athlete who knows just how to motivate you.

Chris is the brains behind the operation. He is the reason GET Fit is always up-to-date with the latest and greatest. He also always makes sure every client he interacts with, leaves feeling stronger than when they came in.

Anyone can work out and get in shape. But since we were established in 2018, we’ve been serving the Bridgewater area with a new way to exercise. Our mission is to create a sense of community that brings people together, teaching them how to enjoy living a healthy lifestyle they can pass on.

Our vision at GET Fit is to use community through fitness in a close-knit setting to strengthen the bond between people, keeping them accountable and motivated.
