Ashley & Chris Sabato
Throughout the last 25 years of playing sports, traveling and always trying to expand her knowledge on the things that interest her most, Ashley has found a way to revolve it all around her passion of helping others live a happy healthy life.
In 2009 she received her Certificate of Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since then she has been certified in numerous other programs including; Crossfit, TRX Suspension Training, Law Enforcement Training Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist among others. With over 10 years experience in Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, Ashley has an extensive foundational background in helping all ages abilities, shapes and sizes.
Chris and Ashely met in 2019 through fitness – a 200 mile relay race. They shared a strong passion for fitness and the rest is history. In their off time outside the gym, they enjoys cooking new recipes, reading books on entrepreneurship, being active with the family and of course motivating others around them to be active and healthy and most importantly how to enjoy life doing so.

Trainer / Coach
Chris is a recent graduate of UMass with a degree in Exercise Science. He has a great deal of experience in powerlifting and has recently started running our Kinds Conditioning program.
Being physically active has always been a part of my life growing up. I played soccer, basketball, volleyball and did track and field from elementary to high school. My transition to Umass Boston was when my fitness journey really started. I met people at the university gym who have inspired me to further explore and appreciate fitness in a way that I didn’t know existed. From then on I discovered CrossFit, joined a weightlifting team, did competitions, got my USA Weightlifting Level 2 certification. Then, finally after overcoming personal and academic struggles, I finished college with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2020. My goal is to share what I have learned and experienced with others and to hopefully inspire them to find their meaning in fitness, whether it be for mental health, physical fitness, community or enjoyment.
Owner / Coach
Chris has always had a passion for fitness and being active. With a background in Crossfit and a specialty in agility sports, Chris is a well-rounded athlete who knows just how to motivate you.
Chris is the brains behind the operation. He is the reason GET Fit is always up-to-date with the latest and greatest. He also always makes sure every client he interacts with, leaves feeling stronger than when they came in.
Yoga Instructor / Coach
My passion is in all things holistic self-care: From traditional fitness and yoga, to Reiki and other forms of energy work, I love to share my knowledge and to learn from other people. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years; the physical, mental, and emotional benefits are profound- I’m incredibly excited to share that with you. I firmly believe in helping people empower themselves to heal physical, emotional and mental energy from the inside out. Having fun and finding a way to laugh throughout the process is key. I believe the journey to physical and mental fitness is through self-love. My goal is always to change perceptions around working out and help shift the inner dialogue, allowing individuals to nourish body and mind into wellness
Greg joined the GET Fit family as a personal trainer in the spring of 2022. Having always had a passion for fitness and staying active, Greg envisioned becoming a personal trainer when he was younger. Between playing soccer, resistance training and participating in boot camps/spin classes, fitness is his biggest stress reliever.
Greg is currently a National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer. His goal is to help inspire others to be the best version of themselves. He hopes to help change lives and encourages all clients to reach for your goals.
Greg has been a Bridgewater resident since 2016 and also works as an Information Security Officer. He enjoys spending free time with his beautiful wife and 3-year-old daughter. They love being outside and spending time with friends and family.
Formally a member since 2019, Amanda joined our coaching staff in the spring of 2022 and loves being able to help the people she works out alongside! Amanda was a competitive cheerleader throughout middle and high school. She continued her passion for fitness in college, regularly working out with friends who were on sports teams.
After moving to Bridgewater and getting her first full time job Amanda fell out of her workout routine. Looking for a gym with group classes and personal training led her to GET Fit. She quickly fell back in love with exercising, and loved the sense of community. With some years under her belt here, she is now coaching to help others.
When not at the gym you can find Amanda hanging with her dog, reading, and traveling!
Anyone can work out and get in shape. But since we were established in 2018, we’ve been serving the Bridgewater area with a new way to exercise. Our mission is to create a sense of community that brings people together, teaching them how to enjoy living a healthy lifestyle they can pass on.
