HIIT Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a high-intensity interval training class designed to keep your heart rate up and your blood pumping. With a mix of compound movements, core strength, agility and weights, this class is great for a total body ass-kicking.
Lifting
Lifting is a fundamental class we recommend to athletes of all levels. Whether you are new to lifting completely or looking to enhance your Olympic lifts for a competition, this class works on the core foundations of lifting, proper form with dumbbells and barbells, as well as the mobility to perform properly and safety.
Boxing
In this boxing class, we bring it back to the basics. With an combination of calisthenics, core conditioning and fundamental boxing moves, you will leave this class sweating.
Cardio Blast
Cardio Blast is an all bodyweight class designed to make you sweat and keep your heart rate elevated the entire duration. A tabata-style class with core and bodyweight exercises to work on your cardio in ways you never have before.
TRX
TRX Suspension Training is all about bodyweight training. Using the angle you stand at, you can increase or decrease your level of difficulty with just a few minor adjustments. This class is low-impact, high-intensity and great for all levels.
Pilates
Our no-reformer pilates class encompasses the use of light weights, resistance bands, and balls. It focuses on controlled movements, breath control, and core engagement to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance balance and posture.
XFit
This Metcon style class is a high-level class that encompasses lifting, gymnastics and bodyweight exercises. This is a fast-paced class but can be modified for all levels. Want to challenge yourself one step further? Try XFit!
Yoga
Our yoga class is for all levels, following a slower-paced vinyasa flow. This class includes 30 minutes of yoga to loosen up the body and create improved circulation. Following that, we lead a 30-minute guided meditation to help you dig deep and feel fully restored both inside and out!
